Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at nzfit.co@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution.


Returns

Returns are only accepted for approved cases (damaged or incorrect items).
Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used items
  • Sale items

Refunds

Refunds are not provided.
If an issue is approved, we will offer a replacement instead.
